Coverage

The SDSS sample covers the survey footprint; it is not a complete sky map. Absence of a point is not absence of a galaxy.

Guided journeys

Five ways to cross the universe

Each journey uses real catalogue objects. You can leave a journey at any time and keep exploring.

Science & provenance

Sources

EON is built from public scientific catalogues. No individual object is invented. Where structure is incomplete or unresolved, the visualization is explicitly labelled as reconstructed or illustrative.

Important limitations

Planet and moon positions use approximate Keplerian/circular elements, not a high-precision ephemeris.
Nearby galaxy and exoplanet surfaces are artistic visualizations where direct imagery does not exist.
The Milky Way and most galaxy models are illustrative 3D structures informed by real parameters.
SDSS coverage is a partial sky survey. The cosmic web is shown from real galaxies, but is incomplete.
The observable-universe horizon is an observational boundary, not a physical wall.
